Return Window

Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.

• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
• Sale or clearance items are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective.

• Photos of the item (if damaged or defective)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or shipped in error.
